TimeClock Pearl records the actual clock in and clock out times, so it doesn't include the option of automatically clocking employees out at a scheduled time. Sorry. That being said, the Payroll Administrator and am employee's authorized Timekeeper can modify time clock entries, so the clock out time can easily be changed and there are fields in which an explanation for the change could be recorded. As for rounding, TimeClock Pearl's rounding option is to the nearest 15 minutes up or down and can't currently be set to always round down. Again, the Payroll Administrator and an employee's authorized Timekeeper can modify time clock entries.
