We have misplaced our admin password and need to reset it - How do we do this?

To ensure the security of your time clock data, the only way to retrieve a forgotten password is to send the time clock data file that ends with a ".kiw" extension to us. Since this is a customer support issue, (this FAQ section is for general questions), you'll need to use the Customer Login button on our home page at http://timeclockpearl.com to submit your request for assistance. If your 30 days of free support has ended, you can add support to your account from your account page. The cost is $59.95 for a year of support. The other option, if you don't care about retaining your time clock data - you can start over with an empty file by re-downloading TimeClock Pearl (click any of the free trial buttons on our website) and install it. You can get your License Key information from the email we sent when you made your purchase or you can view it by logging into your Customer account on our website (click the "Customer Login" button.)
