Downloading - I purchased your time clock solution in November 2010. Since that time we have had to purchase a new computer and are unable to transfer the software to a new computer. Is it possible to download the software again using the same license key?
Yes. The License Agreement allows you to have it installed on one computer at a time. So, yes, you may download and install it on the new computer using the same License Key and then uninstall it on the old computer.
