I am researching time card management software to replace the once we currently use. Our primary criteria: 1. must work off the 2003 server (we have two locations in different time zones 2. must calculate by the week even though we have a bi-weekly pay period 3. our needs are very simple: inteface to Quickbooks if possible, track by name and a date range

1) We encourage you to download TimeClock Pearl and use it free for 15 days for 5 employees to make sure it works in your environment (we have other clients using it with 2003 server). Click any of the Free 15 Day Free Trial buttons on our home page, http://timeclockpearl.com. Download the Network Solution and then follow the Network Setup Instruction sheet included in the download. The time zone is determined for your system by the server hosting it, not per location or per employee. (With our cloud solution, you can choose which time zone you want the time clock to reflect.)
2) TimeClock Pearl summarizes hours by the week when the date range for a payroll period spans multiple weeks.
3) You can export time clock data in a number of different formats which you may be able to import into Quickbooks, but there is not a direct interface with Quickbooks.
