I am highly interested in purchasing your C4 timeclock product. Just to be certain before purchasing, I have a few questions. The online version has all of the same features the trial of the K4 version? Do you ever have down time? We have around 10 employees, price would be a base 29.95/mo, plus 7.95/mo for 5 more employees, no other costs? When the next version comes out or if any updates are ever made are they automatically included and applied or do we have to purchase a new version/patch? And finally, after purchasing how does the process of setting up the account work and how long does it take until we are up and running?

1) Yes, the online version (Cloud Solution) has all the same features as the K4 trial - it is in fact the same software. The web browser screens are all identical to the screens of the K4 version - same buttons, interface, etc.
2) Our cloud reliability is 99.9% and we schedule maintenance during the night or weekends.
3) Yes, your cost would be $29.95/mo for the first 5, plus $7.95/mo for the additional 5; for a total of $37.90 per month for 10 employees - no other costs.
4) The Cloud Solution includes free updates and upgrades.  It also includes unlimited technical support.
5) Our commitment is to have your time clock set up and available to you within one business day, but normally it's within a couple of hours.
