Why won't my timecards print?
Someone may have inadvertently selected "Current Record" on the Print dialogue box instead of "Records Being Browsed." Run timecards again and when your computer's Print dialogue screen comes up, look for the words, "Current Record", click on them and drop down to select, "Records Being...

I'm not able to print timecards and payroll reports. Only one time clock entry of one employee displays on the screen and prints.
Make sure that "Records Being Browsed" is selected when your computer's Print Dialogue box appears, not "Current Record." If "Current Record" is selected, only one time clock entry of one employee will display, with the rest of the screen being blank. Click on "Current Record" and drop...

Trouble with Trial - I just downloaded the Kiosk 15-day trial and it saved all of the information in a file, but there was no application icon or button to click to open the program. I have a Mac and I downloaded the Mac version. What are the minimum Mac system requirements, maybe my computer's too old? I couldn't find system requirements anywhere on your website. I opened something that said "Time Clock Pearl" with an application icon attached to it, however when I opened it it said "You cannot open Time Clock Pearl because it may either be incomplete or damaged." The program wouldn't let me try and re-download it. I can only guess my system requirements are off, but I don't know. OR do you need to have FileMaker on your computer? Again, nowhere does it state that you first need FileMaker, it just says it works with FileMaker. Please help!
Sorry you're having trouble with the TimeClock Pearl Kiosk Solution. The Kiosk Solution download includes the FileMaker Runtime Application. The User's Guide explains in more detail FileMaker's role with our three solutions. The file named, "TimeClock Pearl.app" is the FileMaker Runtime...

When I try to clock in using the Admin #, the key-pad does not appear and I'm unable to enter the code.
The key-pad doesn't appear on the screen to enter your Admin Password, because you can enter letters and numbers for the admin password from your keyboard. No characters display when you enter your password (so others can't see what you type), but after you've enter them, just click the "Continue"...

The time on our computer isn't right. How do we set the date and time? And why would this happen?
The date and time for the Kiosk Solution is retrieved from your computer, so you'll need to set the computer's date & time. If the computer isn't retaining the correct time, there's a small battery in your computer that needs to be changed.
